University Examination Policy; Definition of terms: test measurement, evaluation and assessment. Purpose of measurement and evaluation, Types of measurements and evaluation; Measurement interpretation, Assessment of the three domains of knowledge – cognitive, psychomotor and affective domains (using Bloom’s Taxonomy as a guide), Testing: types of test, purposes of different types of test, preparation of different types of tests, moderation of tests, preparation of marking schemes, test administration and scoring; Quality of tests: reliability and validity.
